Folks,
Yesterday The Cafe wrote what this election was all about. The message was that determining the fate of Western civilization was even more important than issues like the border or the economy. Wouldn't you just know that within 24 hours, an even bigger issue would come front and center?
Two young 20-year-olds attended a Kamala rally in Michigan. Kamala was screaming about the demon, Donald J. Trump, who had put three people on the court and taken away the rights of women. The two men made the mistake of voicing their opinions on the subject. Specifically, one said, "Jesus is Lord. Christ is King." This was inferring that Christian teachings might play a role in the abortion debate. There are several ways a candidate for the presidency might react. One of which would be no reaction. Kamala did not choose that route.
Vivek Ramaswami has an interesting style at his rallies. He says something like I am glad you made that statement. Let's discuss it. Let’s have a civil exchange of ideas. Kamala didn't choose this route either.
So what did Kamala do? First, she did not go into one of her filibusters. She answered directly in a rare moment for her. She said, "Oh, you guys are at the wrong rally." She then received the loudest prolonged cheers of the day. With a huge smirk, she added, "No, I think you meant to go to the smaller one down the street." Kamala was mocking these young men. She was making fun of them for their faith. She was showing off for her pro-abortion attendees. She was relishing the moment as only Kamala can.
The young men were then pushed, heckled, cursed, and mocked some more by the crowd as they were escorted out and told they weren't welcome there.
As Kamala's campaign crumbles, it appears she has been ordered to get tough and show her real colors. Show who she really is. It might be noted the press was not allowed at this rally. That probably had an impact as well. Kamala could speak freely.
This incident came after her decision not to attend the Catholic fundraiser event in NYC where Trump spoke. Catholics represent 20-25% of the voting public.
Remember Kamala did not attend Netanyahu’s congressional speech as well. This week in a rare truthful moment, she admitted she believes the Jews are committing genocide in Gaza and Lebanon. Kamala was delivering a speech at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee about the killing of Hamas' top leader, Yahya Sinwar. A heckler shouted, "And in genocide, right?" "Billions of dollars in genocide. Billions of dollars in genocide."
After the heckler was escorted out, Kamala said, "Listen, what he's talking about, it's real. That's not the subject I came to discuss today, but it's real, and I respect his voice," Harris said. The vice president has never previously suggested that Israel's defensive war in Gaza amounts to a genocide of Palestinian people. Remember, Kamala has Israel’s back, right?
So let’s summarize, some true colors emerge as Kamala lets her guard down, has no teleprompter, and wanders from the script. The fact that our nation is built on a Judeo-Christian foundation is even more critical than our leadership of Western civilization. The actions of the enemy from within clearly threaten our rights to worship as we please. As she confessed, Kamala does not welcome those who believe Jesus is Lord. They need to go to the little Trump rally.
Pollsters tell us Christians don't vote in large numbers. If believers tune in and recognize the enemy from within, this election will be a landslide.
God Bless these two young 20-year-olds, Christians, Israel, and God Bless Donald J. Trump, warts and all.
Jim
